This involves three telephone sessions with your personal nutritionist to support you through the Transition, Cleanse and Fasting phases of the program.

Before you begin: You will be asked to fill out a health questionnaire designed to help both Delia and yourself to better understand your health status. Do not worry if there are any questions you cannot answer, as you will discuss the questionnaire together in more depth during the first session. Filling in the health questionnaire will be repeated at the end of the 5-week program and used to see any improvement in previously listed health issues.
Session I. The Transition Phase The first consultation is 90 minutes in length. This allows time for a nutritional assessment provided by the questionnaire and a discussion of your cleansing goals.
Following the discussion, Delia will go over in detail the instructions for the Transition Phase of the Cleanse and answer any questions you may have. She will address any concerns you might have in regards to specific food allergies or help tailor a vegetarian or vegan menu for you.
Having 28 years of experience teaching yoga and exercise to students of all ages and levels of fitness, Delia will discuss the benefits of exercise, yoga and relaxation for your particular lifestyle.
The second consultation is suggested for two weeks later. Some individuals prefer to stay with the Transition Phase for an extra week or two and this can be accommodated in the schedule. Session II. The Cleanse Phase The second session is 60 minutes in length and begins with a discussion of your experience with the Transition Phase. Following this review Delia will go over in detail the instructions for the Cleanse Phase and answer any questions you might have.
The third consultation is suggested for two weeks later. In cases of severe digestive issues, as in the case of Candida Albicans, it may be recommended to follow the Cleanse Phase for an extra week to allow for a deeper cleansing.
Session III. The Fasting Phase The third session is 60 minutes in length and begins with a discussion of your experience with the Cleanse Phase. Following this review Delia will go over in detail the instructions for the Fasting Phase and answer any questions you might have.
If you have concerns about fasting on liquids or it is necessary for you to take medications, there are modified food fasts that Delia can discuss and help to tailor the right one for you.
Delia will conclude the session with suggestions for making the transition back to eating a high quality whole foods diet.
A few things to consider: The Body Rejuvenation Cleanse is not a replacement for medical treatment. However, it can be used alongside conventional medicine to support treatment and to alleviate some of the side effects.
If you are taking medication, please do not stop or change the dose without first consulting your doctor.
The Body Rejuvenation Cleanse can be safely done by teenagers, adults and elderly people. It is an excellent complement to other therapies and treatments both allopathic and complimentary.
